How to update your website
navigation
| Navigation/Images/Text (these items are Flash buttons which are updatable by editing a
text file): |
| To edit these buttons you will need the "image1_config.txt",
"image2_config.txt", "image3_config.txt"
and "image4_config.txt"
text file found in the "flash/config" folder. |
|
 |
Instructions:
- Open up the config file
- Modify each of the values
- Save the config file
Summary of name/value settings:
- imageURL - location of the image you want displayed (175px by
130px) (RELATIVE TO THE "flash/" FOLDER)
- menuText - what you want displayed on the button
- menuDescription - what you want displayed when the mouse
rolls over the button
- buttonURL - where you want the button to link to (RELATIVE TO
THE "flash/" FOLDER)
Note: there MUST be an ampersand (&) and the beginning AND end of
each name/value pair as is in the original config files. This is so
that each configuration could be displayed on its own line.
Example:
&imageURL=images/image1.jpg&
NOTE: If you are changing the images the image
doesn't load, it could be because your export settings are set to
"progressive" JPG format. Make sure this is NOT the case, then re-export
your image.
